1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by VeeGow IT Services ("VeeGow," "we," "our," or "us") at https://veegow.com, as well as your interactions with our project inquiries and digital services. By accessing our website or engaging with our communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
VeeGow provides digital engineering, technology development, and consulting services, including but not limited to custom software engineering, web application development, mobile application development, AI and workflow automation, data and business intelligence systems, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
3. Project Inquiries and Proposals
Informational materials, project estimators, and inquiry forms on our website do not constitute a binding contract. Formal project engagements are governed by separate, mutually agreed-upon project proposals, statements of work (SOW), service contracts, or written agreements that define specific deliverables, milestones, timelines, and commercial terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective project execution, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project specifications, assets, and timely feedback during development cycles.
- Designate an authorized point of contact for project decisions and reviews.
- Ensure that any third-party materials, trademarks, or content provided to VeeGow do not infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Intellectual Property
The website content, visual designs, brand marks, and proprietary software architecture published by VeeGow remain the exclusive property of VeeGow IT Services. For bespoke client projects, ownership of custom deliverables and source code will transfer to the client upon full payment and according to the specific terms stipulated in the applicable project agreement.
6. Third-Party Services and Tools
Our solutions may integrate with or recommend third-party cloud platforms, APIs, software libraries, hosting networks, or automation tools. VeeGow is not responsible for the performance, uptime, policy alterations, or licensing terms of independent third-party service providers.
7. Payments and Project Fees
Project pricing, payment schedules, milestones, and invoice terms will be specified in each client's individual agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due as outlined in the engagement documentation. Late payments may result in the suspension of active development or scheduled deployments.
8. Changes and Project Scope
Any modifications, additions, or scope changes requested during an active project will be evaluated for impact on timelines and costs. Substantial scope revisions will be documented in a written change order or updated scope agreement prior to execution.
9. Warranties and Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable, high-performance software and web platforms built according to modern industry standards. However, the website and preliminary materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Post-launch support, bug warranties, and maintenance commitments are governed by individual service level agreements (SLAs) where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VeeGow IT Services and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your access to or inability to use our website or services.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat proprietary technical data, business specifications, and project assets shared during consultations or engagements as confidential, taking reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an active project engagement in accordance with the specific termination provisions outlined in the applicable contract or statement of work. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all approved work completed up to the effective termination date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with website use or commercial engagements shall be handled through reasonable, good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal dispute resolution in the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
